Inktober Day 2 - Relic
Today’s prompt immediately brought to mind old things from Egypt. I went with a modern relic - the awesome answering machine. I remember sweating from being nervous while having to record the outgoing message for our family’s machine.
This is an original pen and ink drawing - part of my collection of work based on a list of prompts for Inktober 2026. Inktober is a free international drawing challenge created by Jake Parker. For each day in October, artists interpret a prompt in their own unique way.
