Inktober Day 11 - Rescue
The most persistent idea I had for this prompt was rescue dogs or dog shelters. This St. Bernard dog used to help monks in rescuing people in the Alps - although I think the little booze barrel might be a legend vs fact.
This is an original pen and ink drawing - part of my collection of work based on a list of prompts for Inktober 2026. Inktober is a free international drawing challenge created by Jake Parker. For each day in October, artists interpret a prompt in their own unique way.
