Inktober 2020 - Disgusting - Day 11
Inktober Day 11 - Disgusting
I lived on Guam for a few years as a kid and there were massive cockroaches everywhere. My mom brought home a huge papaya one day and my dad put a giant fake (but realistic) rubber cockroach on it when she wasn’t looking. We all waited around the corner and when she screamed, my dad ran in, said “I’ll save you!”, grabbed the roach, STUCK IT IN HIS MOUTH AND CHEWED ON IT! My mom is such a good sport.
This is an original pen and ink drawing - part of my collection of work based on a list of prompts for Inktober 2020. Inktober is a free international drawing challenge created by Jake Parker. For each day in October, artists interpret a prompt in their own unique way.
