Inktober Day 3 - Boots
Boots remind me of our time in England - where “boot” is the back of a car and “wellies” are boots. I often felt like I had a harder time translating American English to British English than English to Japanese.
I also can’t hear the word “boots” without following it up with “cats”. Who else remembers that funny song that went viral many years ago?
